All parishioners are welcomed and encouraged to attend our annual meeting either in person or online. We will give thanks for the past 12 months, address "The State of the Church" and elect new vestry members and Diocesan convention delegates. Voting will be available to all parishioners in attendance both online and in person. However, voting will only be open for a brief window and will not be available for anyone not attending the meeting in real time. Voting will be primarily held electronically though some paper ballots will be available in person.

WILL I BE ABLE TO VOTE LATER IN THE DAY?

Though the annual meeting is available online and can be watched anytime after, voting will not be available after the election takes place. This is because the new vestry members will be announced during the meeting. We cannot provide an exact start time for the election. But, it will occur towards the beginning of the meeting, after the opening prayer. We encourage you to tune in at 9:30 AM to make sure you do not miss the election.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING ELECTED TO VESTRY THIS YEAR?

Four people are being elected for this three year vestry class along with the Junior Warden. You may vote for up to four vestry candidates during the election.

HOW DO I VOTE?

We encourage everyone to vote online, though paper ballots will be available to parishioners attending our meeting in person. From your smart phone or laptop, click the following link and you will be directed to our election where you simply make your selection. There is no need to create an account, log in or provide your name. If you go to the link before the election is live, you will see the message: “Voting is not available yet. Please check back during the annual meeting election.” Simply refresh the page once the election begins.
