Outreach Opportunities

There are countless ways to connect in our community. Our Outreach Committee has three opportunities for us to donate during this giving season. Each month we will support a different non profit organization. Financial contributions can be made early but please bring physical items to our Narthex while each drive is active.

As in previous years, monetary donations are welcome in lieu of or in addition to physical items. Financial contributions can be made via cash or check - please note the organization on the memo line. Donations can also be made online at the following link or via Outreach in Simple Give.

September and OCTOBER - Matthew’s Crossing

NOVEMBER - Helen’s Hope Chest

Many of the almost 14,000 children in the foster care system are teens. Unfortunately they are sometimes forgotten at Christmas. Make this a Christmas to remember this year. Shopping couldn't be easier. Helen's Hope Chest has provided a wish list of gift cards most desired by teens. Simply purchase one or more of these gift cards (suggested values of $10 or $25 please) and hang it on the Christmas tree in the Narthex. Please be sure to write the value on the card to assist Helen's distribution. We'll have Sharpie pens near the tree to help. The tree will be up the entire month of November as Helen's begins distribution in early December in order to accommodate the large number of clients they expect.

Donate now through 11/24
