Transparency and availability
The Episcopal Church business model is one of transparency and availability. Our Vestry functions in the same capacity as a Board of Directors, with Vestry Members elected at our Annual Meeting. Our Senior Warden works with our Rector in the overall oversight of our parish, and our Junior Warden has oversight of our buildings and grounds. Good stewardship and communication are key to a healthy church.
Growing as god’s family
In 2022 we embarked on a new rector search and continued season of change. Through our many ministries, we extended grace and support to one another. In 2023 we look ahead to a bright tomorrow, together. We give thanks to each and every one of our parishioners that make Saint Matthew’s what it is today. “You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.” Psalm 16 : 11
